Here is a brief overview of the Mission First Medical Semaglutide/Tirzepatide Program.
-$100 consultation with Suzanne, Clinic Owner and Family Nurse Practitioner.
-$30 total for 3 labs if not current (in the last 6months) TSH, CMP, A1C.
- Semaglutde injection $60 weekly for (this covers the medication, injection supplies, and shipping).
- Tirzepatide injection $75 weekly for (this covers the medication, injection supplies, and shipping).
-Follow-up visit with Suzanne to renew your prescription will be $60 and may be every 6-8 weeks (at the discretion of the provider).
